Cajun Spice Seasoning in a Jar

• Makes 1½ cups.

Ingredients

• ¾ cup salt
• ¼ cup cayenne pepper
• 2 tbsp white pepper
• 2 tbsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp onion powder
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion salt

Procedures

1. Combine ingredients; spoon into a one pint container with lid.
2. Store in a cool dry cupboard.
