California Avocado Burger

  1. Combine Worcestershire, salt and pepper and ground beef.
  2. Scale into 5 oz portions.
  3. Shape into patties.
  4. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  5. Broil, grill or pan fry to desired doneness.
  6. Serve on bun with lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onion.
  7. Place approximately 2 oz of California avocado on top of each patty.
