Description

Stuffed yuca fritters

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Boil the yuca with salt but do not allow to get too soft.
  2. Grind it and knead same with salt.
  3. Form balls and fill each with the stuffing, shaping same into oval shape.
  4. Then fry in very hot oil.

Stuffing

  1. Season ground meat with salt, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, capers, onion, sugar, scallion and parsley.
  2. Fry in hot oil and when brown add other ingredients and tomato paste.
  3. Allow to cook on low fire until soft.
