Ingredients

• sirloin steak
• hottest salsa available
• sticks

Procedures

1. Place sirloin in freezer for 1 hour (this makes it easier to slice).
2. Slice thin strips cross grain and weave onto sticks.
3. Marinate overnight in the salsa grill until done.
