Carrot Raisin Salad I

Procedures[edit]

  1. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in raisins.
  3. Combine juice and enough ice cubes to measure 1¼ cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
  4. Stir in carrots.
  5. Spoon into individual dishes or small serving bowl.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
