butter

white wine
1/2 tsp.
nutmeg
2/3 c. white
Raisins
3 tbsp.
brown sugar
Procedures
Peel and slice
carrots
into 1/4 inch round slices.
Place in pan with
butter
, wine and
nutmeg
.
Cover and cook until tender.
Stir in
Raisins
and
brown sugar
.
Cook until
Raisins
are plump and
carrots
are glazed.
