Cat's Acapulco

Ingredients

• 1½ ounces light rum
• 1½ teaspoons triple sec
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 egg white
• 1 mint Sprig

Procedures

1. Combine and shake all ingredients, except mint, with ice
2. Strain into an old fashioned glass over ice cubes.
3. Add the sprig of mint and serve.
