Cat's Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 pound portobello mushroom caps
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1½ cups chicken broth
• pasta
• parsley
• Parmesan cheese

Procedures

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet.
2. On large holes of a grater, shred mushrooms into skillet.
3. Add minced garlic.
4. Sauté 10 minutes.
5. Add chicken broth, cook 10 minutes more.
6. Toss with pasta, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
