When an article is no longer dubious (i.e., is no longer subject to possible nomination for deletion), then the [[Category:Flagged articles]] tag should be removed from the Talk page entry. You may use the sample stencil to leave a message on the article's Talk page. (The stencil says "at least two months ago", but I think that 30 days is sufficient for a review.)
