Caviar-stuffed Eggs

Ingredients

• 4 eggs -- hard cooked
• 1 tablespoon butter -- room temperature
• 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
• 3 tablespoons Caviar
• parsley for garnish

Procedures

1. Mix egg yolks with butter and mustard.
2. Top with red or black Caviar.
