Champagne Julep

A Bourbon drink.



  1. Combine 4 mint leaves with the Sugar and a few drops of water, and muddle well.
  2. Add the Bourbon, and stir well.
  3. Strain into a collins glass, add ice cubes and the champagne.
  4. Garnish with 2 mint leaves, and serve.
