Ingredients
2 lbs of boneless
Chicken
1/2 cup of
all-purpose flour
2 cups of
oil
A pinch of oregan
A pinch of ground
black pepper
A pinch of
salt
Procedures
Mix
flour
,
salt
,
pepper
and
oregano
. Cover the
Chicken
strips with this mixture.
Heat
oil
in a deep frying pan.
Deep fry the
Chicken
until it turns golden brown.
Put on a paper towel to drain excess
oil
.
Serve hot with tostones.
