  1. Melt oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken in hot oil until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine chicken, rice, onion, pepper, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper in large bowl.
  4. Toss with Honey mustard Dressing.

  2. Serve warm.
