Chicken and Mixed Fruit Salad
Description
Serves four people and takes 25 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- 400 g boneless chicken
- 100 g yellow peppers
- 100 g red peppers
- 2 oranges
- 2 sweet limes
- ¼ pineapple
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 200 g iceberg lettuce
- 50 g green grapes, halved
- 50 g black grapes, halved
Procedures
- BOIL Chicken in very little water and salt.
- When cool, cut into cubes.
- Deseed yellow and red peppers and cut into cubes.
- Clean and cut the oranges, sweet limes and pineapple into small pieces.
