Chiffonade Rice Salad
Description
Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 2 1-3/8-ounce packages sour cream sauce mix
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup minced green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 lettuce cups
- 1 cup diced pickled beets
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Procedures
Blend sour cream sauce mix with milk to a smooth sauce. Add rice, green pepper and salt. Spoon onto lettuce leaves; top with beets and eggs
