Chimichurri with Chili
- 120ml/4fl.oz olive oil
- 120ml/4fl.oz red wine vinegar
- 90ml/3fl.oz. water
- 3 tbsp freshly chopped oregano
- 3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 garlic Cloves, very finely chopped
- ½ teasp chili pepper flakes
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well blended relatively smooth.
- Cover and leave to stand for at least 2 hours at room temperature before serving.
