Chinese Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

• ¼ cup water
• ¼ cup dry mustard
• 2 tsp oil
• ½ tsp salt

Procedures

1. In small pan, bring water to boil.
2. Mix in dry mustard, oil and salt.
3. Stir the boiling water into the mustard mixture.
