  1. By hand, beat sugar and ricotta until well mixed.
  2. Add eggs, beaten, then add rxytact, mix again.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Top with chips.
  5. Cool and refrigerate.
  6. Serve cold or at room temperature.
