Chocolate glaze

Ingredients

• 1 Square unsweetened baking chocolate
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Procedures

1. In a heavy pot, slowly melt the chocolate.
2. Stir in honey & vanilla.
3. Makes ¼ cup, enough to glaze an 8" cake.
4. Keep in refrigerator.
