Cholly's Tuna Salad
Description
Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups cooked rice, cooled
- 1 12-1/2-ounce can Tuna, packed in water, drained
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- lettuce leaves
Procedures
Mix Mayonnaise, juice and salt in large bowl. Add rice, Tuna, celery, carrot, pineapple and Raisins in large bowl. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves.
