  1. Slice Pork into 1/8-inch strips.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add Pork and stir fry until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in rice, snow Peas, pineapple, almonds, pepper and soy sauce. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated
