Cocoa Butter Balls

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Blend butter and sugar.
  2. Blend cocoa, water and vanilla.
  3. Add cocoa mixture to butter mixture and blend thoroughly.
  4. Add oatmeal and blend with hands.
  5. Form into ball, ¾ inch in diameter.
  6. Chill mixture as necessary to make shaping easier.
  7. Place additional powdered sugar in bowl.
  8. Drop balls into sugar.
  9. Roll to coat.
  10. Place on plate; refrigerate until firm, about one hour.
