Coconut Drops Cookies with Icing and Sour Cream

- 2 Cups Sweetened Shredded coconut
- 1/2 Cup unsalted butter
- 1 Cup sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 Tsp baking powder
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 2 1/2 Cups flour
- 2/3 Cup sour cream
- 1 Cup Confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbs milk
Have Cookie Sheets Ready. Spread coconut on a Cookie Sheet And Bake at 350 Degrees For 10 minutes. or Until Lightly Toasted. Cool. in a Bowl, Beat butter And Next 6 Ingredients Until Creamy. Stir in flour Alternately With sour cream. Fold in 1 Cup Toasted coconut. Drop Tablespoons Onto Cookie Sheets. Bake 12 minutes. or Until Bottoms of Cookies Are Pale Brown. Cool. Mix Confectioners sugar And milk in a Bowl Until Smooth. Spread on Cookies, Sprinkle With Remaining coconut.
