Coffee Gelatin

Ingredients
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. coffee liqueur
- 3 c. hot coffee
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- Pinch of salt
- whipping cream
Procedures
In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over liqueur to soften. Add coffee, Sugar, and salt. Stir until clear. Chill in flat pan until set. Cut into cubes and serve on bed of whipped cream. Or pour into mold, chill until set, and unmold on bed of whipped cream.
