Coffee Liqueur
3 cups vodka 2 cups water 2 cups sugar 2 cups packed brown sugar 2/3 cup freeze dried instant coffee (dry) 1 vanilla bean, or 1 t. vanilla
Mix all ingredients in 2 quart jar. Cover tightly and let stand at room temperature 2 weeks. Remove vanilla bean. Pour liqueur into bottles and seal. Makes about 7 1/2 cups liqueur. Source: Unknown
