Cold Vegetable Salad

COLD VEGETABLE SALAD

1 can white corn (shoe peg), drained 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 green pepper, chopped 1 can green peas, drained 1 can baby limas, drained 1/2 c. purple Onion, chopped

MARINADE:

1/2 c. apple cider vinegar 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. salad oil 1 tsp. salt

Mix vegetables. Mix marinate ingredients and pour over vegetables. Drain to serve. Serve cold. Keep refrigerated. Will keep several days.
