Corn 'n' Peas Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta till *al dente*.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In large bowl, combine cooked pasta and all remaining salad ingredients; toss lightly.
  4. In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour over salad and toss lightly to coat.
  6. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  7. To serve, line serving platter or bowl with lettuce leaves.
  8. Spoon salad over lettuce leaves; top with cilantro.
