A nice looking appetizer that consists of hard-boiled eggs, stuffed with crabmeat and garnished with shrimps and dill.
- Chop up the crab meat.
- Peel and half the eggs, remove the yolks.
- Mix the yolks with the sour cream, tomato paste, and tabasco.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, then fold in the crab meat.
- Stuff the eggs with this mixture,
- Garnish with the Shrimp and some dill.
