  1. In medium saucepan, bring water, milk, margarine and salt to a boil.
  2. Stir in rice and bring to a boil again.
  3. Cook, covered, 45 to 50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  4. Spoon into bowls and top with a generous spoonful of Honey peach Topping.
