Creamy Italian Dressing

• 3/4 Cup ricotta cheese
• 1/2 Cup Skim milk
• 2 T. lemon juice
• 1 Envelope Italian salad dressing Mix

In Blender Container, Mix ricotta cheese, Skim milk, lemon juice And Italian salad dressing. Mix. Cover And Blend Until Creamy. Transfer to a Storage Container. Cover And Chill. Makes 1 1/4 Cups.Source: my Old Recipes
