Creamy Pistachio Pie

- 1 large can (12 oz) Pet milk, chilled
- 1 pkg. (3¾ oz) instant pistachio pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 pie shell, baked
- chopped pistachio nuts (optional)
- Pour cold evaporated milk into small mixing bowl.
- Add pudding mix.
- Beat with electric mixer on low for 2 minutes.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
