Creole Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Creole or whole-grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- ½ teaspoon hot sauce
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill at least 1 hour.
