Cu Liu Bai Cai
Description
Cabbage in sour sauce
Ingredients
- 300 g cabbage
- 2 stalks spring onion
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tbsp cornflour
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
Procedures
- Cut the cabbage into small bite-sizes, cut spring Onion into short stalks
- Heat wok with 3 tbsp of oil, add spring Onion and cabbage
- Stir fry in high heat for 3 minutes, add 5 tbsp of water
- Turn into middle heat and add salt, then cook for 3 minutes, dish up
- Add sauce into the cabbage cooked water, stir well and fry until boil again
- Pour in the cabbage and stir well, dish up and serve
