Dal-gyal Mal-e

Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Stir eggs and add salt and Sugar.
  2. Fry 2/3 of egg mixture on a heated oily pan.
  3. Turn it over 3 or 4 times until it's almost cooked and then push it to a corner of the pan.
  4. Pour a few more drops of oil on the pan. Pour the rest of the egg mixture and repeat the process again.
  5. When it's completely cooked, cut it up and serve on a warm plate.
