Dal-gyal Mal-e
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 5 tblsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- vegetable oil
Procedures
- Stir eggs and add salt and Sugar.
- Fry 2/3 of egg mixture on a heated oily pan.
- Turn it over 3 or 4 times until it's almost cooked and then push it to a corner of the pan.
- Pour a few more drops of oil on the pan. Pour the rest of the egg mixture and repeat the process again.
- When it's completely cooked, cut it up and serve on a warm plate.
