Diabetic-friendly Vanilla Ice Cream I
Ingredients
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1¼ cup evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp sugar equivalent sweetener
Procedures
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
- Whisk milk and almost cold gelatin together and add the flavoring and sweetener.
- Pour into freezing trays and freeze without stirring.
- Serve with fruit.
