Dried Meat Calulu

Ingredients

• 1 kg dried meat
• 1 large onion
• 3 medium large tomatoes
• 2 cloves of garlic
• ½ kg okra
• 2 zucchini
• sweet potato leaves
• palm oil

Procedures

1. Place the dried meat in water and cook with garlic.
2. When it is cooked, add the tomatoes, onion, zucchini, sweet potato leaves and palm oil.
3. Serve with manioc flour pudding (funge) and palm oil beans.
