Dried beans salad

Description

In Romanian: Salata de fasole boabe.

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb/250 dried beans,
• 2 tablespoons oil,
• 2-3 tablespoons vinegar,
• 1 big Onion,
• salt,
• pepper

Procedures

1. Boil and cool the beans.
2. Drain and then mix with chopped Onion.
3. Add oil, salt, vinegar and some pepper.
