Easter Cake with Sour Cream

In Romanian: Pasca cu smantana
Ingredients
- Sweet bread dough
Filling
- 2 lbs / 1 kg sour cream
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 6 yolks
- 3 egg whites
- a little vanilla
- sugar to taste
- salt to taste
Procedures
- Mix the yolks with the sugar, add salt, vanilla, sour cream and mix well, adding the flour gradually. Add the whipped egg whites.
- Then continue as for Easter Cake with Cottage Cheese.
