- black pepper
- salt
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 roasted eggplant
Procedures
- take Sm. amount of black pepper salt
- Mix very well.
- Add parsley and 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise.
- Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
