  1. Brown hamburger, garlic, and Onion, drain.
  2. Add tomatoes, enchilada sauce, cumin, and green chilis.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Use 9x11 baking pan.
  5. Cover bottom of pan with layer of sauce.
  6. Spread cream cheese on tortilla, roll, and place in pan.
  7. Cover with remaining sauce.
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  9. Cover with co/jack cheese mixture and return to oven until melted.
  10. Serve with sour cream, fresh diced tomatoes, , lettuce or whatever else you fancy.
  11. These reheat in microwave wonderfully.
  12. You can also premake and freeze for baking at another time...
