Ingredients
1 bunch of
Chinese cabbage
1/2 medium chopped
Onion
some dhania or
mint
or
parsley
Miti dressing
1/2 cup lolo
2 tbsp
lemon juice
salt
a little
chilli
Procedures
Wash the
cabbage
very well and shake dry in a cloth, shred the
cabbage
one way and cross cut it to make little diamonds.
Put in a bowl and add
Onion
. Just before the meal mix well with miti dressing.
