French Dressing

Ingredients
- ½ cup plain, low fat yogurt
- 2½ tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1½ tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- black pepper to taste
Procedures
- Put all ingredients in a small bowl, mix together with a spoon or fork.
- Store in the refrigerator in a covered container until ready to use.
