French Fudge

  1. Combine evaporated milk, cornstarch, sugar replacement and chocolate chips in saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir mixture is thick and chocolate chips are melted.
  3. Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in chocolate/mixture.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Turn into buttered 8-inch square baking dish.
  7. Chill until firm.
  8. Cut into 1-inch squares.
  9. Store in refrigerator.
