In Romanian: Ficat prajit
Ingredients
1¾ lbs / 750 g
beef

pork
or
veal
liver
3 tablespoons
oil
2 tablespoons
flour
salt
Procedures
Wash and dry the liver, cut into finger thick slices, dredge with
flour
, shake well and fry in hot
oil
.
Do not
salt
until after frying, just before serving.
Serve with assorted vegetables.
