Fried zuchini with sour cream
Description
In Romanian: Dovlecei prajiti cu smantana.
Ingredients
- 6 medium zuchini,
- 2 tablespoons lard,
- 1 teaspoon butter,
- 1 cup sour cream,
- 1 teaspoon flour,
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill,
- salt
Procedures
- Fry the zuchini the same way as for fried zuchini.
- Put in a heat resistant dish, pour the sour cream mixed with butter, flour and salt, sprinkle with chopped dill and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
