Frozen Brandy and Rum

Ingredients

• 1½ oz brandy
• 1 oz light rum
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp powdered sugar
• 1 egg white

Procedures

1. Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time.
2. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and serve.
