Fruit Salad

Fruit Salad [1] [2] is a naturally sweet and healthy treat.

Ingredients[edit]

6 cups of favourite fresh fruits:

  • bananas peeled and sliced
  • blueberries
  • pineapple, cut into bite size pieces
  • blackberries
  • raspberries
  • mango, peeled and cubed
  • strawberries, stems removed and berries halved
  • kiwi, peeled, sliced
  • oranges, peeled and cut into bite sizes

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger or minced fresh ginger

Procedure[edit]

  1. Combine fruits in large serving bowl.
  2. Make dressing by combining the lime juice, honey and ginger.
  3. Pour dressing over fruit, mix and serve.
