  • 1 small pk Sugar free jello *
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup Sugar free carbonated bev
  • sparkling water or club soda -any flavor cold *
  • 1 cup fresh fruit, sliced *
  • mint leaves, optional


  • choose flavors based on your choice of fruits and carbonated beverage. (example: strawberry gelatin, strawberry sparkling water and sliced strawberries and bananas or orange gelatin, club soda and mandarine orange sections. You get the idea. ) dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add beverage. Chill until slightly thickened. Add fruit. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Garnish with additional fruit and mint leaves, if desired. Calories: 25 fat: 0 sodium: 50 mg cholesterol: 0
