Galawat kay Kabab
Ingredients
- ½ kg minced beef / mutton (qeema)
- 4 – 5 tbsp fresh carder (dhania)
- 1 tsp peppers (ground)
- mint leaves (podina) as required
- 6 green chilies (cut to slices)
- oil for shallow frying
- salt to taste
- red chili powder to taste
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds (khashkhaash)
- 2 tbsp ginger + garlic paste
- 1 tbsp seramum seeds (til)
- 2 onions (fried and chopped) (cut to slices)
- 1 tbsp raw musk (poppaya)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp flour of pulse - parched (baisan)
- 1 egg
