Ingredients

• ½ cup cumin
• ¼ cup whole cloves
• ¼ cup grated nutmeg
• ¼ cup curry powder

Procedures

1. Combine all ingredients in blender jar and blend well.
2. It will keep, tightly covered up to 2 months. It can be used in place of plain curry powder for an Indian accent in many dishes.
